Duncan has been working as a coach, facilitator, and program designer for over twenty years and has partnered with numerous global clients and many of Australia’s largest organisations. His credentials combine a diversity of education, training, and practical experience.
He completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English drama in 1991 and then went on to complete a Bachelor of Dramatic Arts at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA). With over 15 years’ experience as a professional actor, Duncan utilises principles and methodologies of dramatic technique to create high impact, experiential learning programs.
Duncan has implemented learning programs and executive coaching throughout Asia Pacific and Europe across a broad range of industries and clients. He is an accredited executive coach through the Institute of
Executive Coaching and is certified in a range of psychometric instruments and leadership development tools. He has delivered and designed programs in leadership, change, diversity & inclusion, ethics, pitching & presentation skills, sales & business development, influencing, negotiation and media skills to a broad range of clients from both the private and public sectors.
One of his great strengths is being able to work effortlessly at all levels of leadership, from C-suite & executive teams right through to front line managers.
His approach to leadership development combines the most up to date theories and insights with a deep understanding of the complex challenges facing today’s leaders.
