About Us
We have deep experience working in professional services firms tending to work at the mid/senior career transition level – ‘in the room’ credibility and a fresh, rigorous but non-stuffy facilitation approach are vital to capture and hold attention and to deal with natural intellectual cynicism.
Our primary focus-area is around EQ (Emotional Quotient or Intelligence); what it looks like, sounds like and feels like to ‘breathe’ EQ through and into leadership behaviour, conversations, personal impact, interactions and team-dynamics at work. A passion for neuroscience and Neuroleadership* and its practical application at work is a pervasive theme in our work.
We like to focus on credible and resonant scenarios, bringing participants’ awareness to their triggers, their blind spots and the behavioural adaptations they might make to get the most out of challenging professional relationships. Turgid management theory is not useful in of itself – we need to bring theory into participants’ lived experience. Theory is nothing without application and practice. That’s our sweet spot.
